The SHM Structural Health Monitoring division was established with the intent to expand the company’s asset and bring its competitive advantage to the world of facilities and infrastructure through the design, manufacture, sale and management of diagnostic and monitoring systems
The starting point was to bring the necessary know-how into the company through highly specialized and experienced professionals in facilities and infrastructure thus integrating vertical expertise in the design and implementation of high-tech systems.
We manage the entire structural monitoring process
ENGINEERING SERVICES
Inspections through certified 2nd and 3rd level inspectors, surveys and graphic restitution with the best technologies, creation of advanced digital-twins, FEM modeling and verification, etc.
DESIGN
Study of the best solution including acquisition components, overall system architecture, data reading algorithms and their interconnection with prefixed events, power supply and transmission system, data management platform, and data protection system and the system as a whole.
MANUFACTURING
Creating or assembling individual components, certifying them and the overall system, creating the acquisition platform and data storage and protection systems.
INSTALLATION
Field delivery and installation by qualified personnel, system activation and initial transmission and management testing, definition of any critical thresholds.
TRAINING
Specific training dedicated to those who will use the system and/or the managing entity, in dedicated company rooms, remotely or on-site.
DATA MANAGEMENT
Acquisition on the dedicated platform of all data, storage, dedicated visualization for the user and/or managing entity, management of any alerts in the manner agreed with the user and/or managing entity.
