LED Signal for “SDO” and Relè a Schermo RS”
The Marini Impianti Industriali Colour Light LED Signal (cat/prog 825/864) allows the substitution of traditional halogen Lamp Colour Light Signals for Italian SDO and RS type with separate controls.
The main advantages are a higher visibility and a reliability improvement.
These Signals are mechanically compatible with the existing housings signals and do not require any modification to the Signalling System (IS).
The Colour Light LED Signal for RS type complies with the RFI DTCDNSSSTB SF IS 03 762 A Italian Railway Specification.
The Colour Light LED signal for SDO type complies with the RFI DTCDNSSSTB SR IS 03 FAY A Italian Railways Specification.
SAFETY
The Colour Light LED Signal is made with a safety architecture that ensures a SIL4 safety integrity level, according to the Cenelec EN 50129 and EN 50126 regulations.
SDO AND RSD OPTICAL UNIT
Each optical unit is composed by three clusters of LED that emit useful light to the driver. It operates in 2 of 3 redundancy. The optical unit is equipped with a light sensor that measures and directs the emitted light.
SDO POWER SUPPLY UNIT
The power supply can be calibrated in order to reach the correct current absorption. The power supply is also able to generate a warning signal in case of a loss in redundancy. It predicts a breakdown before a loss of availability occurs.
RSD POWER SUPPLY UNIT
